Renovation of an existing area
Living in open space is no longer new for users. However, the increasing lack of office space is problematic. Manufacturing makes money. There is no space to be had here. As is so often the case at the moment, facility management is commissioned to check whether the available space is really being used optimally. To put it bluntly: they are almost never used optimally. Over the years - and this applies to every office space - space-consuming elements creep in that are not necessary upon closer inspection.
Worktop WITHOUT cabinets
The paperless office has been discussed for ages. It is rarely realized. Here, however, we accompany a customer who gradually made this phrase serious. Now the time has come. There is no personally assigned storage space whatsoever. There is only a safe in the entrance area. The employee takes out his special “briefcase” including laptop and chooses his non-territorial workplace. You don't even have to take the detour via the Caddy. This is the only way to achieve the desired density of jobs. Acoustic systems structure the compacted area and compensate for acoustic deficiencies. Room in room systems offer temporary opportunities to retreat so that no communication deficits arise.
